I don’t know about you, but my summer was fun and busy. The youth web page suffered updating (Sorry) and I am also sorry that I did not get to emailing the youth as often as I wanted.

Anyway, the web page is updated and even has pictures from our MegaWednesday trip to Adventure Park USA.

We recently also did the Western Maryland service at the Western Maryland Hospital. I would like to thank all the youth who attended this event. All of the participants did a great job. Good job, too, in staying awake during the sermon (lol).

We also had a debriefing from the Summer Camp we did this past year. A couple of decisions were made there.

1) Out of the camps we looked at, most only liked 2.
2) The one camp some liked was World Changers.
3) In order to do World Changers again, we would have to do extra planning on our part and ensure more chaperones.
4) The other camp some liked was Word of Life Camp.
5) This camp will need to be researched alittle more to see if any of the same considerations apply to it as with World Changers.

We will have to have another meeting of the parents as soon as Pastor Bill has finished researching the WOL Camp just to make sure that everyone is on board for that camp and to choose the date(s) that work the best for all those sending their youth.
